  • Bryan Industries, Stage 1

    August 2026 • NV Builders

    Working with NV Builders on this design and construct project, we delivered the electrical, communications, security and CCTV services for Bryan Industries' new purpose-built workshop and offices. With Stage 2 already on the horizon, we future-proofed the site for growth, preparing services for the next build and liaising with Ergon and NBN to get the site connected.

  • RCOE Future Industries Hub

    September 2025 • Fergus Builders

    For Stage 2 of the Resource Centre of Excellence, we partnered with Fergus Builders to install electrical, communications, security and DALI lighting control services to an external design. The big challenge was redirecting existing supplies to a new main switchboard feeding both stages, coordinated with Ergon to keep downtime for the client to a minimum. The result is a standalone, multi-tenancy-ready building that ties back to Stage 1, with new carpark lighting and provisions for future stages.

  • Ford/Jeep/Kia Service Centre (Pickerings)

    July 2026 • Noseda Constructions

    Taken from concept through plans to installation, this design and construct project with Noseda Constructions delivered a modern service centre for Pickerings' Ford, Jeep and Kia brands, built to service petrol and electric vehicles alike. Our electrical and communications works powered EV charging stations, hoists, compressors and specialist equipment, with extensive cable tray reticulation built to meet seismic restraint requirements without limiting where services could run.

  • Centurion Transport

    June 2024 • Fergus Builders

    Built with Fergus Builders, Centurion Transport's new purpose-built logistics warehouse includes offices, a truck maintenance bay and a laydown area. We facilitated a new permanent power supply and ran extensive power and communications reticulation across the large build pad, connecting the whole site. New carpark and external lighting keeps operations running 24 hours a day.

  • St Vincent De Paul Community Support Centre and Social Housing

    August 2026 • Fergus Builders

    Delivered with Fergus Builders, this new community support centre combines commercial office space with six social housing dwellings, a covered carpark and external access areas. We connected new power and NBN services to every dwelling and the office, and installed communications, MATV, CCTV, access control and security. Services were reticulated to preserve the building's modern architectural finish, with close coordination across trades to deliver the project on time.
