Since becoming Director of Barcam Electrical in 2006, Ross has been the driving force behind the company's growth, culture, and success. Known for his great sense of humour and ability to strike up a conversation with just about anyone, Ross has built strong relationships with customers, staff, and industry partners alike. A dedicated family man, he has carried those same values into the workplace, creating an environment where people feel supported, respected, and valued. The Barcam team often says that Ross hasn't just built a successful electrical business, he's built a family. His leadership, commitment to his people, and genuine care for those around him continue to shape the culture that makes Barcam Electrical what it is today.
